We had the privilege of filming our Crossfit Open 20.4 Prehab/Preview video at Green Charter School. Their kids did an awesome job of making us feel welcome at their gym, and did a great job demonstrating the movements in the video. Green Charter School recently created a Crossfit affiliate, called Green Charter Crossfit (located right at the school) that is geared specifically toward kids and teenagers!
