Christie Valverde

Practice Manager, Grandville

Christie is excited to be part of the Apogee team after having been a patient. She received her BS in Elementary Education from Brigham Young University-Idaho and taught in both English and Spanish classrooms. She learned Spanish from living in Spain for 3 years as a teen. She is excited to use her organizational and leadership skills to enhance our team.

Christie met her husband, Marco, in college at a Latin dance. They were married in 2006 and have 4 beautiful, energetic boys. They moved to Michigan while Marco was getting his Masters degree at Davenport, fell in love with the area, and decided to stay. They have been in Grandville since 2015.

Outside of work, Christie is busy watching her boys play soccer, basketball and going to band concerts where her oldest plays the Saxophone. She spends lots of time serving in her church where she is a youth leader. She also loves volleyball and continues to play in local leagues.
